Part Q Guideline Documents for Casement Windows

SDH's Part Q solution for the timber window and door industry is comprehensive and follows the more stringent 2016 PAS24 test criteria. Many joineries use our Part Q system, not only because it's competitive and easy to follow, but we've also overcome a major issue within our industry to supply timber windows into the new-build market. With guidelines, technical drawings, certificates and, an easily visible unique sticker for each door or window, we feel this route is the most comprehensive and relevant available to our industry.

With each completed casement window project we’ll provide a Part Q Certificate, Glass sticker and we’ll also store a record of the forms and invoice relating to that project.

We strongly recommend you also keep these documents to hand for any inspection from Building Control.
