What is the SD Hardware Trade Account?

A trade account with SD Hardware offers many benefits. These include discounted prices across their range of products, the convenience of ordering 24 hours a day, the ability to view previous orders, and the option to cherry-pick products from past orders. Additionally, account holders can easily access and view invoices. Moreover, the account provides access to a wider range of products than what's available in the catalogue. Lastly, customers can conveniently place orders on account, streamlining the purchasing process.

How do I apply for a SD Hardware Trade Account?

Applying for a Trade Account is simple. You can either apply for a trade account on our website via the registration form or you can contact our sales team via email or phone 01752 651330

How long does it take to process my application?

We try and process applications as soon as possible but please allow up to half a day during working hours. Applications are not processed on weekends, bank holidays or over the Christmas Holiday period. Once processed you will recieve a confirmation email confirming that your account is now live.

How do I log in to my Trade Account?

Simply click on the login / register button in the top menu and log in with the email address and password you provided when you applied for your trade account. You can also follow this link to log in.

Where can I use my Trade Account?

You can use your Trade Account to buy items on our website or over the phone.

Does SD Hardware offer credit accounts?

By default SD Hardware trade accounts are 'cash accounts' where goods require upfront payment. A credit account allows you to pay on your trade account with a set credit limit set by SD Hardware. If you don't currently have a credit account with us and would like to apply for one, simply download our credit account application form here and we'll assess and process your application. If your credit account application is successful then you'll also be able to 'pay on account'. Payment for goods supplied on a credit account shall be due no later than 30 days from the date of invoice. If you do not make any payment on the due date then we have the right to cancel undelivered goods and revoke your credit account. If you have any questions about a trade or credit account please contact our sales team via phone or email and member of our team will be happy to assist you.

Can I view my Invoices?

Yes you can view all your invoices in your trade account. Simply log in to your trade account and select 'My Account' and select 'View Invoices'. If you have a credit account you can also see and complete payment for your 'Outstanding Invoices'.
